Renovation of an existing shopping center including removal of existing sidewalks from parking to tenant storefront and replacement with new integral color concrete; re-framing of existing roof structure from a ‘concave’ to a ‘flat’ shape requiring demolition, new truss, sheathing, and vapor barrier; standing seam metal roofing and roof coating; new decorative light fixtures throughout site; re-framing of fascias and installation of Resysta siding. Project also included renovation of an existing building to create a shell space for Starbucks, including raising roof structure/plate height to meet Starbucks design standards and site utilities including new grease interceptors; landscaping; new concrete paving, asphalt paving, and seal coat.
