Design-build project includes site work, shell, and tenant improvement work for American Savings Bank in Kailua-Kona. This bank serves as their main branch in Kona. Its structure is made up of light gauge metal framing with EIFS finish and a horizontal Antigua Metal roofing and TPO roofing at the equipment wells. A curtain wall flanks one side of the façade, and is framed with rock veneer. The interior space consists of two stories, which can be accessed by an open stair or a traction elevator. The first floor functions as a daily banking branch, while the second floor is used for loan services and training.
