Re-build of a (5) story, 89-unit affordable rental apartment building with site improvements such as landscaping, fencing, asphalt paving, sidewalks, tot lot, and site lighting. The building was constructed with a 12” thick post tensioned concrete podium for the second floor to accomodate ground-level parking, light gauge metal framing, TJI and gypcrete floor systems, TPO and asphalt shingle roofing, exterior sunshades, lanais with metal railings, hardie siding, LVT flooring, and quartz countertops.
