Scope of work included exterior and interior demolition, demolition of (5) existing concrete tilt-up panel walls, structural steel, membrane and silicone roofing, glazed storefronts, metal framing, EIFS, drywall, Hardie siding, green screens, aluminum canopies, stone veneer tile, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical work.
