Demolition of interior finishes and redemise of 50,000 sf. Sports Authority to accommodate 3 new retail spaces at Prince Kuhio Plaza. Includes turn-key, built to suit construction for Petco and TJ Maxx stores. Scope of work included demo of entry facade and replacing with TJ Maxx and Petco themed entries along with the creation of new interior (mall) entrances, MEP modifications and system for each store, interior build out, and equipment and fixture coordination with Petco and TJ Maxx construction managers and national account vendors/contractors.
